Dominion Properties is an established real estate development company with broad experience in government leasing and privatization. Regarded as innovators in the financing and development of government properties, Dominion was the first company ever to lease-purchase real properties to the States of Oklahoma and Alabama. Among the largest landlords to the U.S. Government, Dominion owns, manages, and leases eleven properties to the General Services Administration in the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and New Mexico.
